Sourena Vasseghi was born with severe cerebral palsy. He uses a wheelchair, has limited motor control, and communicates through an interpreter.
Most people would have given up on having any kind of meaningful life. Sourena didn’t do that. He had a vision for his life, and he creatively found a way to design a life that fit his vision.
Sourena’s unique presentation is meant to enable students to begin to think about the life they want to live and the steps they need to take to design such a life. It teaches kids to have a vision for their lives and work to make that vision a reality.
