About Me

I’m Sourena Vasseghi
and I love my life.

I have cerebral palsy. I use a wheelchair. I have little control over my muscles. I need help with almost everything.

But that’s not the end of my story.

I’m living the life no one expected — the life of my dreams.

I’m Leslie’s husband, the father of Andrew and Tyler, an author, and a business owner. I travel with extended family. I regularly hang out with my friends and loved ones.

I smile broadly and laugh out loud. It might surprise you. But, it’s true.

I really love my life. Do you love your life? If not… I’m here to help.

After years of study and personal experience, I have come to the conclusion that one of the biggest factors in reaching your goals is your thoughts. That’s right. The way you think plays a large role in whether or not you will be successful.

Here's How I Can Help

Creating a Strong Personal Story

Living life differently starts with the way you look at yourself, your possibilities, and your abilities. I can help you write a life story where you are strong, capable, and ready to take action to build a desirable future.

Dealing with Challenges

Challenges are an inescapable fact of life. Fortunately, challenges can be faced, dealt with, and surmounted. Every day, I have to deal with and succeed in spite of challenges. I can guide you to create strategies on your journey to navigate your challenges.

Ideas for Finding
Success in Life

You want to be successful.  But what does that mean?  I can help you define your version of success.  Even better, I can help you accept, value, and work towards that vision.

Here Are 3 Things
That You Should Know
About Me

01

I was born with
cerebral palsy

I speak with an impediment, use a wheelchair, and have little control over my muscles. This means I need help with almost all tasks. In case you’re wondering, needing help every day with everything stinks. But… I have learned to deal with it.

02

I'm just a "regular" guy

You’re probably thinking, “yeah right. How is a disabled guy living his best life just like me?” But, it’s true. I’m just a regular guy who wants to live life, watch his favorite teams win a few championships, enjoy a good meal with even better friends, have amazing experiences, crush my goals, and laugh as much as possible.

03

I have struggles

Even on my best day, movement is cumbersome.  Speech is laborious.  And, just in case my physical issues weren’t enough, there’s always a sprinkle of self-doubt and other mental struggles.  The ironic part is that although my physical challenges are not all that common, my challenges that you can’t see— the mental struggles are really fairly common.  These are just part of the human experience.
